Perfect for a birthday, anniversary, or simply as a moment of deep sharing, our journey is a 4 hour journey into the heart of Tantra, accessible to everyone, alone, as a couple, or in small groups of up to 6 people.
What we will do during the session
Our journey begins with a 60-minute introduction to the world of Tantra. In this welcoming and respectful space, we will discover together the true essence of Tantra, exploring its origins, principles and applications in everyday life. We will delve into the four keys of Tantra, personal limits, the chakras and their impact on our well-being, learning to channel energy for a more joyful and fulfilling life.
We will continue with 3 hours of practice, during which you will have the freedom to choose between white, pink and red tantra, depending on your preferences and comfort level. Each practice is designed to respect your limits, ensuring an enriching and positive experience. From white tantra, which emphasises spiritual connection without nudity or physical contact, to pink, which strikes a balance between white and red, to red, which explores nudity and more physical contact, each practice is a step towards discovering yourself and others in a safe and respectful environment.
